The Spirit of Jazz & Democracy is pleased to present two programs at Loyola University New Orleans on Thursday, October 11. Our masterclass, "Swing, Bebop, Avant Garde & Total Improvisaton," presents the essence and evolution of jazz, and the techniques and freedom of mind required for full improvisation. Musicians and non-musicians are welcome to join the class at 1:45-3:15 p.m. in the Communications/Music Complex, Room 240.
Please also join us for a concert at 7 p.m. in Roussel Hall.
