Based on Perrault's beloved fairy tale about Cinderella and the glass slipper, this 1899 opera was given its U.S. premiere at the French Opera House in New Orleans! In the spirit of the Carnival season, Cinderella attends a colorful ball, where she meets and falls in love with her Prince Charming. Rachel Harris makes her Loyola debut as stage director for this fully costumed production with orchestra. Conducted by Loyola Opera Theatre director Carol Rausch.
