Charis Gullage is a native of New Orleans, and is beyond excited to be a part of the Hairspray team! She was last seen as Disco Donna in Apex Touring's Production of Summer: The Donna Summer Musical. Other recent credits include Jane in A Bronx Tale, Sarah in Ragtime, Dorthy in The Wiz!, Emmie Thibodaux in Caroline or Change, and many more! Gullage hopes that this production will bring light, love, and inspiration to all that view it. A huge thank you to The Hell's Kitchen Agency, her family, and her wonderful fiancé, Rene, for all their undying support and love.
